It was just okay. - Madagascar Reviews

I saw Madagascar last night, and to be honest. It did not compare to any of the "Pixar" "Dreamworks" films that have been made before. It seems like they rushed the making of the film, and didn't have that great of a story lined up. The Penguins made the movie, but they were in it for maybe 3 minutes maximum. There was a-lot of fun singing early in the movie, but then it seemed as if they were just trying to take up time, sense they ran out of ideas for the next scene. I am a big animation fan, but I wish I would have waited to rent it on DVD, because it is not worth seeing in the theaters. I was not the only one disappointed. My fiance, and a-lot of kids shared the same let down. I give this a C- wait to see it on DVD.
